The enterprise UAB Lintel started its activity in 1992 : the first private telecommunications enterprise was founded in Lithuania and first Lithuanian international-intercity telephone station LINTEL and international operators service 8 195 was opened.
In 1998 UAB Lintel became the daughter company of the enterprise Lietuvos Telekomas (at the moment AB Lietuvos telekomas is all the shares holder of UAB Lintel). The same year the supply of the directory service "Info Lintel" launched, which introduced the users with the latest and most precise business information.
In 2000 this service transformed into Inquiry service 118, supplied by Radviliškis Contact Center.
In 2001 UAB Lintel Kaunas Call Center started functioning by the supply of contact centre services. After the implementation of the advanced systems of calls and customer relationship management, the company was ready to offer the customers complex calls and contact center solutions. In the same year UAB Lintel overtook the attendance of operator assisted services for international and intercity communication from AB Lietuvos telekomas.
Presently, being the owner of five Contact Centers, Lintel appears to be the leader in this business sphere in Lithuania. The company operators serve over one million calls per month from 600 work places.
